Properties:

• Neutralize the Excess Alkali: It is a combination of inorganic and organic compounds and has a fairly pungent smell similar to sulfur dioxide. It is added to a laundry washing machine bath to neutralize the excess alkali in the washing machine.

• Balancing pH Value: It is a neutralizing agent having buffering action so that if by mistake the excess quantity is charged, the pH will not reduce below 6.5

• Reducing pH Value: Can be added at the end of the washing cycle to drop the pH of 11-12 to 7. The further addition of laundry additives like cationic Softener or disinfectants needs the bath to be neutral for better effectiveness onto the fabric. 

• Saves Water: Addition of Savar protects the fabric from the excess alkali damage and also reduces the need for excess water for rinsing.

• Standardize Quantities: Usually, the quantities are standardized based on the machine sizes and the addition of alkali boost and detergents. It has antioxidant and disinfectant properties as well.

Uses: Predefined quantities are used as per the size of linen load and alkali boost and detergents added in the bath. The powder is dissolved in water and then added to the bath.

Safety instruction: Should be used by experienced persons with proper hand gloves and safety goggles. Store in a dry place.
